Génération Foot est en passe de perdre le contrôle de sa pépite Amara Diouf qui a désormais confié la gestion de sa carrière à DODICI Sports Management International, une agence basée en Uruguay. Il a même étrenné à 15 ans sa première sélection avec les Lions A du Sénégal. Un record de précocité.
Grâce à ses belles prestations et son potentiel incroyable, l’ailier est devenu la cible de beaucoup d’agents qui ont adopté des stratégies pour amadouer l’entourage du joueur. C’est ainsi que l’agence DODICI Sports Management International, basée en Uruguay et représentée par Alberto Simonian a convaincu Amara Diouf et ses parents. Les parties ont convenu d’un commun accord de se lier du 30 novembre 2022 au 30 novembre 2027. Soit un mariage de 5 ans. Ce qui va à l’encontre des réglementations de la FIFA. Dans le document consulté par dsports.sn, en sus des signatures du joueur Amara Diouf, lui-même, de son père Serigne Ady Diouf et de sa mère Fatou Dieng, leurs empreintes digitales sont bel et bien apposées.
Il est indiqué dans le document que le mandat conféré sera exclusif et irrévocable, c’est à dire que l’intermédiaire est désigné comme seul et unique mandataire par les parties afin de gérer intégralement les éventuels contrats de transfert des droits fédératifs et patrimoniaux et/ou de cession en prêt du joueur précité et/ou les contrats de publicité ou tout autre contrat dont le joueur pourrait tirer des avantages économiques.

Par ailleurs, les parties s’engagent à ne pas accorder à un autre agent (personne physique ou morale) de procurations générales ou spéciales, des mandats ou représentations liés au joueur qui contreviennent à l’exclusivité de représentation conférée. Le joueur, lui, s’engage de son côté à notifier à l’intermédiaire tout acte et toute offre qu’il pourrait recevoir de la part de tiers afin que l’intermédiaire puisse mener à bien les procédures pertinentes confiées.
Il est également précisé dans le champ d’application que la présente autorisation a une portée mondiale et peut être utilisée par l’intermédiaire pour exercer le mandat qui lui a été confié auprès de tout club affilié à la Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).
Cependant, cette décision d’Amara Diouf et de ses parents n’a pas enchanté la direction de Génération Foot qui ne souhaite pas se laisser faire. Contacté par téléphone, Mady Touré confirme que du côté de Déni Birane Ndao, « la première chose que nous avions faite, c’est assigner en justice l’agent en question puisque le joueur est sous contrat avec nous. Depuis ses 8 ans, on l’entretient et on le met dans de bonnes conditions de performance. Et nous n’allons pas nous laisser faire parce que le garçon n’y est pour rien. De toutes les façons on communiquera au moment venu. Je ne peux pas en dire plus », a-t-il dit.
Cependant, nos tentatives de joindre, Serigne Ady Diouf, le père d’Amara Diouf, présentement en Espagne, sont restées vaines.

Actuellement en Espagne avec les membres de sa famille, Amara Diouf ne va, par ailleurs, pas retrouver de sitôt toute sa plénitude.
