Ligue pro : Les nouvelles dispositions sur le transfert des joueurs

En conférence de presse, ce vendredi 5 janvier 2024, à son siège, la Ligue sénégalaise de Football professionnel (LSFP) a révélé de nouvelles dispositions sur le transfert des joueurs, dont la deuxième fenêtre est déjà fixée.

Les joueurs en fin de contrat en fin de saison peuvent désormais signer dans n’importe quel club. Avant, un joueur sous contrat n’avait pas le droit de négocier avec un autre club sans l’accord du club avec lequel il est sous contrat. «C’est-à-dire, un joueur qui est à Teungueth FC n’a pas le droit, même s’il lui reste un an de contrat, de négocier un nouveau contrat», explique Pape Sidy Lo.

En termes plus clairs, le vice-président de la commission juridique de la LSFP renchérit : «Maintenant, s’il reste six mois sur le dernier contrat, le joueur a la possibilité de négocier et même de signer un autre contrat avec un club, si son contrat est terminé. Sous réserve que le club d’accueil le garde jusqu’à la prochaine fenêtre pour l’homologation. Mais, le joueur n’a pas le droit de signer avec un club et en retour signer avec un autre».

L’autre aspect est le contrat-type (modèle) que tous les clubs doivent utiliser. Ce modèle est délivré par la Ligue sénégalaise de Football professionnel (LSFP). «Maintenant, si un club dispose d’une clause spéciale qui n’est pas prévue au niveau du contrat-type de la LSFP, et que cela ne contrevient pas à la réglementation, le club peut le faire avec le joueur sous forme d’avenant», ajoute-t-il. Et de conclure : «Si le club détient le contrat-type, il va remplir seulement les prénom, nom, lieu de naissance, numéro de Carte d’identité nationale ou passeport. Ensuite, il va remplir le nombre d’années signé par le joueur et le montant du salaire. Toutes les autres dispositions sont communes aux joueurs».
