Parce que si on arrive à tenir tête au Teungueth FC, je pense que si on augmente le travail, on pourra décrocher des victoires lors de la phase retour», espère-t-il.
L’ex-coach de Demba Diop FC de Mbour (L2) se dit satisfait de son équipe. «Les joueurs se sont battus. Ils ont fait un bon match. La défense devrait être plus sereine afin d’éviter la panique. Inch’Allah, je vais apporter mon concours pour les aider à être plus sereins lors des prochains matchs, dans le dessein d’éviter certains buts», avise le technicien.
«On est optimiste, l’équipe progresse»
El Hadji Seck admet que le match contre le Stade de Mbour sera un duel crucial (Jamono Fatick était vainqueur à l’aller 2-1). «On va accentuer le travail avec les nouvelles arrivées qui vont prêter main forte à l’équipe. Ils (les nouveaux joueurs) seront qualifiés pour apporter un plus. On est optimiste parce qu’on a senti que l’équipe progresse. «On ne panique pas. Parce qu’avec le match que nous avons livré (contre Teungueth FC), si on n’était pas serein, on ne le ferait pas. On arrive à garder le ballon et procéder par des relances de la défense à l’attaque. Seulement, le manque de sérénité sur les balles arrêtées reste le problème. Mais, on va accentuer le travail dans ce sens».
