Les bilans financiers présentés et adoptés lors des assemblées générales ont certes l’aval du mouvement sportif, mais pas forcément celui de l’Etat dont les critères sont plus pointus avec des objectifs précis. À cela s’ajoute le poids de l’opinion, surtout pendant les lendemains surchauffés de certaines éliminations précoces où les contribuables ont besoin connaître les véritables raisons de ces échecs sportifs.
Les dernières campagnes nous ont servi beaucoup de versions différentes sur la taille des délégations, la prise en charge et les critères d’octroi des primes. Simples rumeurs ou doutes fondés, Il est impérieux que l’utilisation de l’argent public soit en conformité avec la législation en vigueur et les normes comptables.
Aux dirigeants de faire toute la lumière dans leurs réponses face aux enquêteurs de la Cour des comptes. À quelques jours d’une assemblée générale ordinaire, la fédé a toutes les raisons de rendre de bons comptes. Cela devrait déblayer le terrain du financement des campagnes des éliminatoires de la CAN 2025 et celles de la Coupe du monde 2026.
