Le Casa Sports organise du 24 au 27 juillet 2024 un atelier de réflexion, d’évaluation et d’orientation stratégique, au complexe Aubert de Ziguinchor. Ce sera l’occasion aux membres du club de tracer une feuille de route afin d’atteindre les objectifs à l’horizon 2030.

Après avoir connu une saison difficile, cette année, en jouant le maintien dans les ultimes journées en Ligue 1, le Casa Sports a trouvé nécessaire d’organiser un atelier de réflexion durant quatre jours.

Les membres du club fanion de la ville de Ziguinchor vont évaluer la saison 2023-2024 et dégager une feuille de route pour une meilleure gestion à tous les niveaux et une amélioration nette des résultats sportifs.

D’après un membre du club, cette réflexion porte sur cinq thèmes principaux que sont la gestion technique et médicale, la communication et le marketing, la mobilisation et l’élargissement de la base affective, la politique financière, le management sportif et administratif.

«Il s’agira pour chaque domaine de faire l’état des lieux, de ressortir les faiblesses et les points forts et de faire des recommandations pour une gestion plus efficiente», détaille-t-il.

Le lancement officiel a été effectué, ce mercredi 24 juillet 2024, sous la présence du premier magistrat de la ville de Ziguinchor, Djibril Sonko, du représentant du Conseil départemental, de l’Inspecteur régional des Sports, des invités comme Amara Traoré, ex-président de la Linguère et Nouha Cissé, président d’honneur du club, et du président de la Ligue de Football de Ziguinchor.
