« The Pride of London » ou la fierté de Londres. Ce slogan adopté par Chelsea est à l’image de son attaquant sénégalais qui marche sur l’eau depuis le début de l’exercice. Arrivé dans la capitale anglaise l’année dernière, Nicolas Jackson est en train de se faire un nom à Chelsea. Il veut écrire l’histoire du club.

Suivre les traces d’un certain Didier Drogba, c’est le souhait de l’avant-centre de 23 ans qui s’est encore illustré ce week-end. Face à Brentford (2-1), Jackson a fêté sa 50e apparition en Premier League par une nouvelle réalisation. Sa 23e dans l’un des championnats les plus relevés au monde.
