D1 féminine (8e J.) : Aigles Médina creuse l’écart, AS Bambey supplante JOG à la 2e place

D1 féminine sénégalaise, 8e journée

En matchs comptant pour la 8e journée de la D1 féminine sénégalaise, samedi 13 janvier 2024, la formation des Aigles de Médina a pris le meilleur (2-0) devant l’USPA. Tandis que Jappo Olympique de Guédiawaye s’est incliné (1-0) face à l’AS Bambey.

Exemptée lors de la précédente journée, l’équipe des Aigles de la Médina a fait un retour gagnant à domicile face à l’USPA, championne de l’édition 2021-2022.

Les Médinoises, par l’entremise de la buteuse Mbène Kane, ont battu (1-0) difficilement les Parcelloises qui concèdent leur troisième défaite consécutive et chutent au 7e rang.

Ainsi, la formation médinoise (19 pts) enregistre sa troisième victoire consécutive et conserve son fauteuil de leader, en sus de creuser l’écart de trois points sur AS Bambey.

Les Bambeyoises (16 pts+12) sont devenues deuxièmes au classement suite à leur second succès consécutif en déplacement (0-1) face à Jappo Olympique de Guédiawaye (16 pts+8) qui chute à la 3e place.

Le champion en titre, Dakar SC (4e, 11 pts) a fait un grand bond en avant, après un deuxième succès d’affilée. Les Sicapoises ont reçu et battu (2-0) Kaolack FC (5e, 10 pts). Elles quittent ainsi la 7e place et supplantent les Kaolackoises au pied du podium, grâce à un doublé de Foulémata Bangoura.

Le Casa Sports (9 pts+3), devenu 6e après la défaite de l’USPA, peut éjecter Dakar SC de la 4e place, s’il parvient à battre à domicile la lanterne rouge AFA de Grand-Yoff (11e, 2 pts-6), ce dimanche.

L’autre match de la 8e journée oppose Olympique Ziguinchor (9e, 4 pts-17) et Amazones Grand-Yoff (8e, 5 pts-3).
