Ligue 1 (18e j.) : Teungueth FC reprend les commandes

Après avoir perdu le fauteuil de leader lors de la précédente journée suite à une défaite à domicile contre Guédiawaye FC (4-3), Teungueth FC (34 pts) a repris les commandes en battant (0-2) Dakar SC, ce jeudi 28 mars 2024, au stade Alassane Djigo, comptant pour la 18e journée de Ligue 1.

Teungueth FC est devenu leader de la Ligue 1, suite à une importante victoire décrochée sur la pelouse de Dakar SC (0-2).

Au cours d’une rencontre plaisante sanctionnée par sept avertissements dont quatre pour les Sicapois, les Rufisquois ont été plus convaincants en seconde période, après un score blanc à la fin de la première partie.

L’international U20, Youssouph Sanyang, esseulé du côté droit, après une bonne conduite de balle, fusille le cuir au premier poteau (62′).

Dakar SC tente de réagir, mais se heurte à une défense rufisquoise qui veille au grain.
Les protégés de Cheikh Guèye réussiront tout de même à corser le score. Le défenseur central, Sidy Sow, monté aux avant-postes, reprend de la tête un corner bien dosé par son partenaire (2-0, 78′).

Ces deux buts suffisent aux Rufisquois, qui éjectent de la première place le Jaraaf (2e, 32 pts), tenu en échec par la Sonacos (0-0).

  822. After I initially commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the same comment. There has to be a way you are able to remove me from that service? Many thanks.
